Biography

Thierry Dumaine, 48, lives in Nice, France and has been a student of the arts for more than 20 years. He is currently an art teacher for children and he is interested in all types of design including graphic, transportation, environmental and product and builds special bicycles.

Description

This car is like a woman who is never the same. The car is for 2 passengers and each passenger can drive the vehicle from their seat. The concept is based on the possibility of the vehicle to adapt its volume to the traffic.

The vehicle can be driven with two, three or four wheels. In the two-wheel mode, the vehicle is very narrow and adapted to heavy traffic and low speeds. In the four-wheel mode, the vehicle is adapted for highways and has enhanced security. The three-wheel mode is an option that allows more of a driving experience.

There is an electric motor in each rim.

The seats and doors are asymmetrical for a better access and the doors can be opened with a minimum of lateral displacement. The steering wheel can be moved from left to right and can be use by the two passengers

The side impact protection and design elements will enhance safety.  In each mode, a big airbag is included in each rim. In addition, the airbag in the wheel rotates to the front of the obstacle.

Additional features include: the steering wheel is retractable not to wound; the interior is made with recycled paperboard which is soft not to wound and is good for the environment; the glasses are made with soft plastic.
